Hey! An update at last!
Application forms for Club membership will be available from team managers in June. Only Club members will be eligable to play for teams. Membership forms and remittance must be returned to the Club Secretary before 25th August. Applications received after this date may delay players eligibility to participate in the first match of the season.
BBDJFL have had their request to play Sundays declined. Therefore they are requesting that teams who will need a council pitch register early so as not to be dissapointed. Please let me know ASAP if you intend to register your team next season.
If any manager/coach would like to have a breif over view of their team in the FC pamphlet for presentation nights please email me by 14th May.
Farnworth FC are pleased to announce that they have been awarded two certificates from Bolton council in recognition of the commitment that has been formed between Farnworth FC and Harper Green high School in establishing High Quality Links.
The same award has been received for High Quality Links between Farnworth FC and Harper Green Cluster Primaries.
St John's School have requested links be forged between the school and Farworth Football Club, we are looking forward to working with the school in encouraging children to take part in fitness activities.
Two of our young Managers joined Jim in delivering a coaching session to the Pre-School children in Bolton Day Nursery at the David Lloyd fitness centre in Bolton. It was a very successful session enjoyed by both the children and the staff. The children were presented with a certificate from the club.
Presentation nights are fast aproaching make sure you get your tickets from the team Managers. The Committee are looking forward to seeing you all and hope you enjoy the evenings.
Our under 17's team are organising an end of season Dad's v Lad's football match any parents who would like to join in can contact Bev for more information. Date and Venue to be confirmed.

Ground Development Plans
At the presentation nights we launched our plans for the Club house, creating better facilities for our teams. The next step in this appeal will see club raise valuable funds and help save the environment at the same time. We need your old mobile phones whatever the condition, They’re stuck in the drawer of no further use so dig them out and pass them onto your team manager and collectively we can cash them in. The team that collects the most will win a prize for their team.
Club Tracksuits
Anyone requiring club tracksuits should contact the club secretary.
Sizes available are from small boys to large mens.
A new design has recently been introduced and will be available shortly!

Summer Training
The U9's Panther's are training on Tuesday evenings 6pm-7pm at St John's School Farnworth from 6th May. For more information on the Panther's contact Jack 01204 709366.
U15's training is at Fern St Farnworth on Tuesday nights 6pm - 7:30pm. There will be a summer break at some point. More info when it becomes availalbe
